Terrible company. They act like they are for the people but they are only interested in making sure their numbers met. They fire people constantly. Staff and management are very rude and judgmental. They see you as just a number. With patients, they spend maybe 15 minutes with you and then on to the next. Everything is rushed.

Since I have been with Redirect I have had better care and coordination than with past insurance companies and doctors. I truly would recommend that people should check them out!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The price is outrageous and the claims/billing department is useless. Nobody ever returns your call and bills pile up on top of bills because claims aren't paid. Collection action is then taken and Redirect Health doesn't care. I am currently in this situation and after numerous phone calls that claim it will be resolved, I am still receiving bills that have NOT been addressed by Redirect Health. It is apparent this company is out for the almighty $$$ and patient care and concern is not their top priority. There is no possible way they are a 4.7 rated company. I do want to give Kudos to the nursing staff because they were very helpful, however outside of that I do not recommend Redirect Health... Go elsewhere for your coverage needs. As you can see, Amanda responded saying it had been escalated to the leadership team and someone would be in contact. As of September 23, 2022, I still have not heard from them and after multiple phone calls from me to them, I still do not have a resolution. Pathetic excuse for a company

The attention received is outstanding. Even after they go out of the way to make sure you are ok. The stuff extremely attentive to your needs. Quickly respond and timely as they promised they will. I usually speak with Maxine. Thank you for all the great care attention you provide to my needs.

With great speed in the order
I'm a patient, not an employee. I've used the chiropractor in the plan several times and there is no charge for members to get chiropractic care. I've had same day appointments in both Scottsdale and Arrowhead with great results.
I am not to sure ... I would check with there office and maybe call them directly. :)
You may not have to see a doctor.. If you call Redirect they can have a nurse practitioner call you and possibly diagnose over the phone!! Much easier and saves time, money and you might not have to take a day off of work.
You can use any doctor...(I still use mine)...but they take care of setting up appointments and payment. They have a discount prescription plan...which is slightly more than an actual prescription drug plan...but with our savings on monthly premium...it's still a great value.
My experience is that the care plan does not provide hospital coverage. They work with customers to manage the costs they would experience in a hospital. My story: we had a 2:00 am ER visit that turned out ok. They did a CT scan, bunch of IV drugs, etc. When the billing person came around, we told them we use Redirect Health and will be cash payers. They returned with a sheet of paper showing that the bill for that night would be $4,000 but, if we paid with a credit card that night, it would be $900 total for everything. Had we used "traditional" insurance, they would have billed the full $4,000 and the insurance company would probably hit my deductible for $2,000 and tell me I got a deal. I was happy to pay the $900 and scoot out. Redirect Health is different than insurance, so it takes time to get used to it. Once you do, you see the value in how it works. I love it.
