We are so grateful to Dr. Yu! After other neurologists were dismissive of my husband's concerns, Dr. Yu took him seriously and referred him to Mayo Clinic. Mayo did a an extremely thorough work-up - while the diagnosis was heartbreaking, at least we finally know what we're up against. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Yu and his staff.

I have been going to Dr. Yu for close to a year. There have been a few instances of him going above and beyond for me, to make sure I had the proper care. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have had my pacemaker placed when I did, I would have had to wait months. When I have called and left a message he has called me back even to make sure my concerns were addressed. He has a heart bigger than him. He is a Doctor that truly cares for his patients. Yes he might talk fast and you might have to ask him to slow down. But I have never had better care from a doctor. And I worked in the medical world for 20 years.

Dr Yu and his staff are the best!! He really listens to me when I have any questions. I have never had a doctor that would answer his office phone on a regular basis. I love that about him, throws me off for a sec every time but it's awesome 👌

Go to anybody else. Dr. Kan Yu is absolutely unhelpful and HARMFUL, he has been entirely dismissive of side effects due to erratic prescription changing on his part. Out of the past 4 visits he was present for maybe 3 minutes each time and makes no effort to communicate openly with patients during visits (One would assume he actively avoids it), but he has time to make snide comments such as, "You're a pretty smart girl huh? Funny how your head looks how it feels just fine this morning." when explaining weeks of on and off unbearable head pain. Each visit has been a nightmare and for the money we are paying for such important and necessary care, we expect a doctor to at least listen. Dr. Kan Yu belittles and disrespects the patients that are looking to him for care.
