Took my leather jacket in to be cleaned and was supposed to be ready in two weeks. Three weeks later when I went to pick it up it had been rejected and nothing done to it except hanging on a rack probably the whole time. Good thing it didn't get down to 35 degrees here ☹️☹️☹️ oh wait it did. Thanks for not calling to let me know. How sad 😞😞😞
