Stopped in after long day on the road and was very pleased. The beds are very comfortable and the pool and hot tub are quite nice. Would definitely stop in again.

We stayed 2 nights with Pendleton Best Western. 1st night was great. The morning we were leaving there was zero hot water. I went down to ask about it and the manager was perfectly ok with it.. Traveler's beware if you get up at 7 you my or my not have hot water.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There is no elevator so if you can't climb stairs make sure and ask for a ground floor room.

Has all the needed amenities. Clean and very comfortable. I got into the machine in the hall after 10pm The manager came out and wanted to know what the "noise" was. Kinda Karen, but Okay. Just it was their machine slamming back after I purchased a few of those screw releases snacks. Can I help it if the metal swing anti-theft door was squeaky and loud..no. Anyway that wasn't the big thing. The thing is these preAuth that don't go through first time when your company "pays" for the stay. This particular hotel would have nothing to do with contacting my company to work out credit card issues.NOPE. Even thoughI wasn't the one that even had the reservation, she basically said ops declined. No responsibility for taking taking care of me, the innocent bystander who they know a company as big as mine was probably just a basic glitch. Now I can imagine of if they tried to call email etc.. but nope. Just Ops declined we aren't going to call the institution trying to pay. Manager needs schooled.Managers, call the company.. not the one staying...especially if you have the preAuth in hand because it was sent via email with contact. Take a card information give it 24 hrs. then.. charge me card. But nope didn't do that. Like why can't they contact the one who is sending the preAuth? What if I hadn't had the money? Well, come to find out they could have called them, because all it was was an out-of-state block on the card from the CC companywho just needed to verify ita the bosses doings.. All of 15 minutes. doings.. Did I get sleep nope... now they should apologize and make it right by schooling their staff.
