I was pleasantly pleased by Dr. Potts and his staff. First of all, my wait time was brief. After a preliminary discussion of my medical history with his nurse that took about five minutes, I got to meet Dr. Potts. I told him that my original primary doctor was retiring and recommended him to me. We had a very nice conversation which led to my needing bloodwork so that he could analyze my health status. Dr. Potts is very easy to talk to and I have every confidence that the trust I had on my first visit will continue. In addition, the office staff is very friendly and professional.
