I know their customer satisfaction rating has gone down, but a reduction in efficiency, friendliness, and expertise was not evident on our flights. Both legs of our journey the flights were within a minute (or maaaybe 2 minutes) of right on the stated time, the gate agents were courteous, quickly processing checked baggage, the attendants were good-humored, adept at customer service, the pilots were top-notch, handling the turbulence over the eastern seaboard due to the influence of a developing Hurricane Ian. I felt safe, informed, and relatively stress-free both at departure and arrival.

Yes, but each airline has their own, although similar, guidelines. The main thing is to check them in no less than 45 minutes to your departure time or else they can't guarantee they'll make that flight.

I have never had a problem with bag drop off. Always many employees staffing there and very friendly and efficient
