I've said it all. I've called twice today, once at 8 am and once at 4 pm. No person in authority has called me to assure me that you are working on this very serious issue, which is that your crew did not deliver a very valuable piece of furniture to my new home when they moved me on Friday. Today is still Monday. Please prove to me that this review is unwarranted and that you have not lost (or worse) my maple, queen anne occasional table. Ana Franklin.

I had an almost perfect experience with Flint Hills. Firstly, let me say the crew we're FANTASTIC. Deonte, Jack, Tre, Andrew, and two others all came out and were done in 15 minutes!?! The crew leader was so professional and courteous. My two complaints are this: - when I called initially, the female sounding person I spoke with was rude. If any other company had had availability that day, this person would have lost the sale for the company for me. It made me nervous for them to come out. - the second thing is the pricing structure: I am featured in an article ranking and reviewing moving services all across the country. This will all be in there. But I wanted to convey how frustrating it is that I had no idea how long it would take, or how much it would cost, since they refused to break down their quote for you. That is not common to any other country I worked with. It ended up costing more than they quoted (not much, but it was a very small move, it shouldn't have been more than the minimum).

They. We’re. Amazing. Everyone was super sweet. It took maybe a whole hour just to move from in place to another. This was my first time ever using a moving company and I would definitely use their services again. Price wasn’t bad at all either. Would definitely recommend for your next move!

I went to Target to buy pens and I ended up buying a fuzzy/warm sherpa chair on impulse. Unfortunately it did not fit into my vehicle and Target does not offer delivery! Luckily Flint Hills Moving bailed me out by picking it up for me and delivering it to my house. Very professional and courteous and were patient when Target had trouble finding my chair. Everything worked out eventually and the chair is currently being enjoyed by a very satisfied customer pictured below. Highly recommend for all your moving needs and your Target impulse purchases.
