Was in and out in what felt like 15 minutes... Staff was fabulous! They greet each individual as you walk in. They were friendly and gave fast service. they even send u on your way with pleasant words. If I have to get labs done again, this is my place of choice. Dee was great. A building full of black women who love their job and respect what they do.

I havent even had my lab work done here yet and had a distasteful experience. There is not any signs on the door stating what time they close, and I abruptly needed labwork done due to my medical issues. They close at 3 apparently, and I came in at 2:55. I walk in, and come across the most aggressive employee, pictured in another bad review, who rudely only said " uhuh no ma'am we are closed" and joked with another employee that she was going to "kill" him for not locking the door and "letting me wander in" I'm more than understanding of a closed business, I would've been more than happy to come back in the morning. She didn't offer a time for me to come back, she just asked me to leave, didn't even ask what help I could've needed for tomorrow. , I knew I couldnt 'get what I needed at that moment and that was okay, but I hope to not come across this hateful employee again, .

They do take walk-ins. There was one there this morning. It does on the board who/how many is waiting.
It's better if you have an appointment because you won't have to wait as long because if you walk in everybody with an appointment goes before you
