Beautiful views, well kept paths and a nice fitness center. Only complaint is the scooters scattered along the path.

This is such a lovely & vast space. They have an area for sand volleyball, trees spaced closed enough to hang a hammock & plenty of open green space to hang out. There are several electric scooters throughout to zip around on. There is a path alongside the river. It's nice & clean. I love this park.

You are allowed to bring friends and family, food, pets, gadgets. Drone might be a newer technology. You might be the first one to bring it. Since people fly drone almost everywhere nowadays, you could possibly fly one.
It's closed after dark but I don't think you'd get arrested or anything if you're not doing anything stupid.
Yes, just on time before the rain. 10:40pm. They could do it just at 9pm it wasn't raining or At least they could keep people informed.
