Good clean place. Everything seems pretty new. Beds are made of memory foam if that makes any difference to people. Water pressure was good. Price wasn't terrible.

The hotel is new and clean. But there was no hot water. Warm at best. Not staying here again. Could not even take a decent shower. Wasted money for sure.

Positive: The hotel accepted dogs and was clear about the daily charge for same - no surprises. Individuals travelling with dogs were placed on the ground floor, for me - near an exit - to make walking them easier. Negative: The breakfast buffet was poor-waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, white bread, 4 kinds of cold cereal, yougart, and 2% milk. Bagels, pastry, peanut butter & jelly, etc would have been nice. I don't like breakfast food - white bread with butter only choice

I at ayed at Parkwood Inn with my 2 dogs and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very polite and friendly from the call to make reservations until checkout. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the season and smelled warm and inviting. The rooms were very clean and stocked well with hot drink items and bathroom amenities. The beds were comfortable and linens clean and bright with plenty of outlets to get electronics charged and complete work while on the road. Breakfast was yummy with hot foods and grab and go items as well as hot coffee. If I ever travel through this area again I will definitely be staying here. A little hidden gem in Manhattan, Kansas.
