They are super friendly at the farmers market when you buy the bottles. They really don’t care to help you or even pay enough attention for you to pay for a refill from their Olathe tap room. Service was very disappointing. I attempted many times to get answers. They wouldn’t acknowledge me till after another person came in and they checked her out even before me Very odd experience. I asked her and she said it’s always hit or miss at the tap room. Product is good. Service isn’t.

Great place to get local kumbucha! They have more than 16 taps of different flavors like coffee, root beer,, or kick it up a notch with pineapple jalapeno!

Yes they have one flavor with less sugar! I usually get this when I refill!

Hi Becky, thank you for the message and supporting Tea-Biotics Kombucha. We hope to be in Minneapolis by the end of 2019. We have a LOT of work to get done prior to branching outside of the Kansas City market. The product has to be shipped cold and send next day freight ($175+ per case to ship), unfortunately, that makes it cost prohibitive to ship. Hello there! We do not currently sell our SCOBYs. However, there are many kombucha starter kits online and in health food stores like Whole Foods and Natural Grocers. Cheers! Tea-Biotics Kombucha
I found some at Hy-Vee and Hen House! I believe the Tap room prices are better and more variety.
