DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE. WE APPLIED AUGUST 10TH 2022 AND TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH STACY. WITH MULTIPLE CALLS AND E-MAILS WE HEARD NOTHING A WEEK AND HALF PASS WE TOOK IT APON OURSELF TO MAKE A TRIP TO THE OFFICE JUST FOR HER TO TELL US THAT SHE HASNT SENT IT OFF AND APOLOGIZED AND SAID THE PROPERTY IS STILL AVAILABLE AND THAT SHE’LL SUMBIT IT RIGHT AWAY AND THAT SHE WILL CALL US WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR OR POSSIBLY THE NEXT DAY IS WHAT SHE TOLD US. WE HEARD NOTHING .. STILL MULTIPLE CALLS AND EMAILS THAT IT WAS TILL SEPTEMBER 8TH STACY FINALLY REACHED OUT TO US JUST TO TELL YOU WE WERE APPROVED BUT THE PROPERTY WAS NOT AVAILABLE. WAS TOLD THAT THEY CURRENTLY HAVE NOTHING AVAILABLE BUT HAVE PROPERTIES LIST ON THE THERE WEBSITE YOU CAN APPLY BUT WONT GET BECAUSE “THEY’RE UNAVAILABLE “. JUST TO COLLECT 50 or 90 FOR THEM TO POCKET ITS ALL A SCAM !!

It used to be a nice place to live a few years ago but there under new management and they have made things stressful for some of the people that live here !!THEY'LL TOW YOUR CAR!! Iv been here for 20 years btw

Most of the people here are good hard-working people. The management does not seem to bother anyone as long as your bill is in good standing .It is not the quietest place right now due to all the children that are currently living out here .Also there are alot of LOUD parties going on over the weekends . My family has lived here for almost 40 years so all in all..its ok .
