The new hold on deposited checks is a severe financial burden on my small business. I called and spoke with a supervisor and there is nothing they will do to get the funds released. I have never had a check bounce and I have been with them for 7 years. I am not happy with the costumer service. If you're a small business do not open an account here. You have no say in this matter

This is a credit union, they do personal loans ,not payday loans
