Is there a way to give my change of address (same zip code) without it appearing publicly?
My wife's name on property tax and on an appraisal notice is spelled wrong . It is Charlotte H. Pennell (not Harlotte H. Pennell' This just happened starting last year. Please correct it.
A deed would need to be recorded with the Register of Deeds office to update ownership.
2019 county property tax Bills will generate in July. The bills are due in September, however interest will not accumulate on the bill until early January 2020. In other words the bill coming in July will remain the same amount as long as its paid before early January of 2020. Prepayments are welcomed anytime but must be in the form of a check mailed to the Department. I hope this helps. Also check out the website at www.wakegov.com and click on Revenue/taxes
