The majority of the Patrons apparently live there. Which isn't necessarily welcoming especially the one's that ask you for cigarettes, change, etc, etc you get the point.. However inexpensive if your just looking for a Short Visit & Bring your Own Washcloths & Towels 👌🏼

Yuuuuk!! You'll most likely get a room someone was murdered in. Stayed here a while, mice infested, top floor has lot's of roaches, I got ripped off often here, they charge everyone different prices, the owner's a very nasty guy who fakes nice, only cares about your money not your safety. Cameras are trash! Hardly work, people piss and sh** on the sides of steps. office gets robbed at gunpoint often. Don't complain about noise, if they got ur money they don't care.people hang out on the balconies so you can't walk by half the time, sticky dirty fridge, stove+ microwave. That's the roaches home. Used to be decent, but far from that now, avoid this place at all cost if you can, to expensive!! For all this, I left damn near traumatized.ill never return 🙅

I rate this place 2 stars because everytime i come here they always have one room available and its either a crappy one with no tv no mini frig or its an okay one with a tv and mini frig, following update hours after they also need an exterminator. Recommend more options is all, people love options. Staff is respectful, prices are cheap & air conditoning is a plus. Close to major highways and grocery store.

Nani Time

Too many crack heads and junkies. They got bed bugs and roaches. The stoves dont work and the bathrooms pluming suck .The water is either cold or too hot ...cant seem to get just warm water. The space is big the wifi is good and they allow pets, but its too expensive to have all these problems. It should only cost 200 or 250 a week . This place needs to be fumegated from bugs and drugies . This place could be a lot nicer if this was done.
