I’ve been buying oil cartridge’s every other week for the past year from the stash box- no problems ever. Two days ago I bought one of the more expensive cartridges and went home to find out the top part is defective and the suction is like 60%. I went back the next day with the original packaging and receipt to exchange it and the girl took my cartridge to the back came back to the front and told me she tested it and nothings wrong so therefore there isn’t anything she could do. I feel ripped off I spent 51$ on the cartridge and gave them a 4$ tip . So now I literally have to put a piece of tape around the top just to get a good pull. Sorry stash box but you lost a good customer I will never spend a dime there again. And I’m curious went she went in the back to test the cartridge exactly what does the test consist of? I’ve never heard of anything like that here’s a tip to stash box listen to your customers and try to make them happy especially when they spend good money keep the receipt and packaging and it was brought back the very next day! I’m must saying…..
