I wanted a pair of white vans. Actually managed to find a pair here. I was really excited about it until I realized that they sold me a 6.5 and a 7. The next day when I went back, they couldn't find the other 6.5 nor the other 7. On an additional visit, I found a great boot with a decent toe box. Only one was on the sales floor as is normal. But, of course, a week later, they still can't find the boot's mate. Unreliable.

Drove 20 min to sell clothes to be greeted by a sign saying they weren’t buying today. Y’all need to update your website to accurately describe buying hours so that you are not wasting customers’ valuable time.

We are selective because our customers are selective. This specific store purchased over $500,000 last year in clothes from the public. If you meet our purchasing criteria, we are ready to buy and encourage everyone to come in and sell to us.
I think they only buy brand name clothes. Diesnt have to be a big brand but it jas to be brand name .
