I was very disappointed in this facility. I had a one time visit 2 months ago. I drove almost 50miles at my second visit. Due to the fact that i was not there at my CHECK IN TIME....the Dr. Refused to see me and i was told id have to reschedule. The front office staff was very unfriendly. Not only were i in pain in my back and spine but had just had an invasive procedure and were in pain from that. So i wasted gas to be rescheduled to come back in 2 days. The distance i had driven and the fact i was in pain was not considered at all. I was there for my appt time and it was not made clear that if you are not there for your checkin time the doctor refused to see me. No patient care at all. The doctors do not care if youre in pain or how far you have to drive. I did not return to be seen. I do not recommend rex pain management you get better care at an urgent care. Very disappointed in UNC Rex.
