This review is for their service department. I understand times are difficult for everyone right now, but they can't keep using it as an excuse to provide garbage customer service. We purchased a 2021 Bronco from the dealership that has had issues since day 1. Our first service appointment we told our "advisor" numerous issues and said we had video of each issue. They refused to look at the videos since apparently it doesn't help "diagnose" the issues. When we called in to make the appointment we explained all the issues, whoever scheduled the appointment only wrote down a few of them. When we brought them up to the advisor he said not all the issues were noted down at the time we made the appointment so they cannot address them. He then refused to note them on our account as well. Fast forward to the end of the day- "Your vehicle is ready for pick up. We didn't find anything wrong. Couldn't replicate customer complaints." It was clear they didn't take the time to look at any of our issues as some are very apparent. A couple weeks later we start to experience an electrical issue. Call again to bring it back down to Ford. It took 3 phone calls to get a call back to schedule the appointment. Dropped it off on a Thursday Morning...It is Tuesday and we still haven't received a single update on the vehicle. We have no idea if they found the issue, if they have even touched it. Who knows. We have called 3 times and keep getting the "we'll call you back" answer and nothing more. Emailed...same thing... i'm completely in the dark on whats going on and it's a pretty terrible feeling. I hope Ford Corporate starts cracking down on their dealers. At this rate between insane price mark ups, poorly built products, and non existent customer service I think they are going to scare all their customers away.

I was speaking with two different Ford dealerships and the professionalism, quick responses, thorough answers to my questions and overall personality of Capital Ford made it a very easy decision to purchase there over another dealership. From my initial emailing with Carlie with questions, reserving a vehicle, etc. to my interaction and final purchase with Joe, it was a completely painless process. He made sure to walk me through the entire car, explain all the tech, show me all the little things, just a really great guy that made me very comfortable during the entire process. He was great with my daughter too! The entire team at Capital Ford were friendly, quick, patient...everything I could have asked for. They were not pushy with upgrades/add ons, made sure my financing deal was right for me, stayed in communication about the cars delivery date, and had it ready to go when I got to the dealership. Trade-in was simple. I could go on and on about the great experience I had but long story short, great company and great people to work with! High recommend Joe Wick, and Capital Ford as a whole.

Called carson ford Friday talked to a women and voiced my concerns as some opinions online . As l wanted to know why most of the time Tim (manger )answer was no way to contact a lot of the customers. When did you ever take a product and leave at the minimum no phone number? I finally called back this morning, wendsday, again talked to another women she promised to have him call. It's now noon and he was there. My car was going g to need a couple thousand dollars work so l needed to trust some one who cared about it. Well it looks like there is NOONE in this side of Nevada so it's back to Folsom Ford .😠
Jesus if I was you I would take my car to capital Ford in Carson City I will never again with these people.
