This Carl's Jr. on Westside has been reliable and consistent, however on July 30 at around 5:00 pm, my chicken club sandwich consisted of a cold leathery piece of chicken, tried two bites then threw the rest away. Hate to have to give only one star, but the results warrant it. I don't know how they prepare a grilled piece of chicken? Is it frozen and ten popped in a microwave. Apparently the procedure was not followed because the result was a completely cold piece of chicken. The fact that the store was not busy at all does not allow for any excuses.
