Love the movies but they need to open more bathrooms instead of just the one and you tell them to layer popcorn several times with extra butter and most of them say okay but don't

I live in Iowa, my mom lives in Connecticut. I had purchased movie tickets online for her for her birthday but because of a situation we needed to cancel the tickets. The cancellation link in my email would not work nor could I do it in the Regal App. I called the theater and Louis (an on-duty manager) was very helpful in getting the tickets cancelled and a refund issued. He was very professional and totally dedicated to excellent customer service. If anyone in Regal Corporate reads this please extend my most sincere gratitude to Louis. He is a very fine example of a Customer Focused Representative for Regal Theaters!

Great hidden cinema, yea Area is depressed and Mall lacks good stores, but its changing slowly, cinema has recliners great seats and great showings! Regal has the best crunchy popcorn popcorn period! Will say I’ve seen a couple of movies , for a room with 100 seats theres probably 3 people at most , ticket prices are $12 per person, may be economics but rather odd why seats aren’t more filled. Staff if real cool here, they’re just bored- no customers. Concession prices are kinda high in my opinion, they should have lrg soda and popcorn $10 and $2 hotdogs, attract people. Felt safe throughout the entire experience, no complaints!

You have to join their club to get the lower price. It only takes a minute and they do it right at the ticket window. Once you get their card the price is $5.50 on Sunday I believe. I don't know about Tuesday. With the card you earn points towards free soda or popcorn or a free admission.
yes
$7.75 for a matinee. $11.75 for all other shows. It's best to buy your tickets at the theater to avoid the fees associated with buying online. They have a kiosk near the concession stand :)
