I have a clinical aversion to needles (intense phobia and major fainter). I went to this lab for blood work and the 2 angels who did my test were absolutely amazing. They were so good with me and gave me so much grace and care while I was treading towards a full state of panic. They were so nice to me and I am so grateful. They coached me through it and without their expertise and professionalism I probably would have passed out. Major thank you to those two gems ❤️

DO NOT USE THEM. Find an independent professional in-network lab instead. The Outpatient Lab is a total joke. Twice they charged me $200 for "diagnostic tests" when the tests were part of a routine doctor's visit and are fully covered by my insurance with Jefferson Hospital which is in-network. According to their own billing department, the reason this happens is because they use the wrong billing codes. When this was pointed out to them the second time, they played dumb, suggested I contact my insurance, or call their own doctors' offices to figure out how to resolve the issue. They refused to lift a finger and coordinate with their own doctors, and billing department to remedy their own problem. I wasted 1.5 hours trying to resolve their own billing, and communication problems before I could even have the tests done. Jefferson Hospital needs to take a serious look at their systems, and their customer service. Jefferson Outpatient Lab should be reorganized or just shut down.
