Very Shocked that this doctor didn't work out for me. I don't just go see any doctor. I'm pretty careful about who treats my symptoms. Dr. Woelffer was highly recommended by a friend. I really gave him the opportunity to help me overcome whatever issue I have been dealing with for several months. I followed his recommendations although I felt like cattle being moved in and out quickly in his office. I had no issues with office staff except everyone is rushing you through the process to move to the next person in line. Environment reminds me of a fast food restaurant that's very busy. I trusted he knew what he was talking about. He's very friendly and seems confident and to have knowledge. However, I felt like he was educated guessing without using tools to see what's really happening. I spent five weeks in an medical air boot that was very expensive and over $1000 dollars on orthotics I'm worse off now for sure. I actually saw him yesterday and questioned him about getting an MRI and he said it wasn't necessary. He has diagnosed me with a tear without an imagery of the area and all of the treatments he has thrown at it haven't worked. He said he was 100 percent sure yesterday he knew what the problem was with my foot. So I wore orthotics all day yesterday without taking them off. Found out from another medical resource that they have to be broken into and can cause additional foot pain. It wasn't an answer. I can barely walk today! I'm transferring to a doctor who will do an actual MRI and figure it out. I hate to say this but there has to be better options in one of the best cities for medical than this place. I'm really shocked by 4.8 review and wanted others to know it's not all sunshine and rainbow stories.

Very friendly staff and our nurse Kim was extremely kind and understanding and helpful. Everybody everywhere in every industry these days is short staffed and we just need to be a little more patient and understanding.
