Okay look my mom took my two dogs here and was charge an extra 50 dollars just because they said one of them was a handful. To start off this dog that they claimed was a handful has issues with her bone going into her Bow system making it very painful for her and when she has to go her gets very sensitive and does try to bite if you mess with her. We had told the groomer before what happens to her and they obviously did not understand. They are very greedy and we will not be taking them back here.

I have been taking my shi tzu to this place for almost 3 years and my experiences with them have had there ups and downs but for the most part it's been ok. Today, I go there only to be told that my groomer had an emergency. I understand that...but I wasn't given a phone call or the option of another groomer taking my dog in place of the original person. Instead I was dismissed and blocked phone calls by the ladies that were there today on 9/21/22. The groomer Paige has had emergencies b4 and I wasn't given a courtesy call by anyone who works there. Instead I was promised a free teeth cleaning that was never given to me furbaby. For them to charge for clients being a no show, I certainly think that they should suffer a cost for not being there for the clients and not giving them a courtesy call. If I could give them a negative 5 star rating, I would. Not to mention was a faithful tipper. Hopefully others are getting "top notch" service cause I'm done with these privileged ladies.
