I have one of the smallest units at Extra Space Storage. When I originally paid for my storage it was $25 a month. Within three to six month's it went to $49. I have had several storage units and never had to deal with somebody steadily trying to squeeze more money each chance they get. I have also called without any real results only to pay two month's in advance which still wouldn't secure a steady payment. I received a letter last week notifying me my rent for the storage will go up to $68. The only reason was to keep up with the market. I find this very sad that every six month's to a year the payment keeps going up. This is how a company never grows and lose customer's. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Very unstable and prices rise when they feel like it.

I have been with this storage facility for four years and all has been well. I've had personal issues, financially and they worked with me so that my storage unit stayed mine vs sold or trashed.
