Prior to dropping my car off my light came on for low tire pressure. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation the next day. I had to bring my car right back after it was serviced because THE SAME TIRE was low. This made me question if my tires were ever rotated; even though I paid for this service. The advisor is saying that they may not have filled them with air but like I said it’s the same exact tire that was low before. I also had to ask for a copy of my multipoint inspection which actually had a recommendation on it that could have been taken care of while they had my car. I think I will have to find a new dealership to take good care of my car. I don’t have time to follow up on services they should have been done the first time.

Yes, but I wouldn't let them service my vehicle. I'm in the process of switching my service contract with them to another dealer.
