My review is not about TAC facility. It is a good facility with Olympic size pool, which can be rarely found. My review is about the swim team associated with TAC, Titans. My child was mistreated by coach Blake with racially motivated reason, so I had to pull my child out. I filed a complaint to the head coach Bruce. Of course nothing was done. The only action these people took immediately was rewriting their pool deck access policy to further segregate their coaches from parents. I know racism is everywhere behind friendly smile, and it is even more encouraged now by some group of people in this extremely polarized country. If anyone else had those moments with their coaches, please shout out.

The facility is incredibly nice. It’s a wonderful pool. As another person had mentioned, if you are wanting to swim as a public swimmer, the lane availability is very limited. You should call prior to arriving. There are swim meets almost every weekend and the team swimmers take up the majority of the lanes during the week. Even when public swim lanes are available, they might try to pack a bunch of swimmers into 1 or 2 lanes. I have driven out to swim before, seen the conditions and driven back home multiple times. I was hoping that with the new outdoor pool, public swimmers would be more welcome, but I don’t find that the case. I had signed up for an annual membership at one point, but let it lapse, because I could never really use it. Now I have a punch pass, but I regret buying it. Although it is a further drive for me, I swim at some of the Raleigh public pools now and have enjoyed the lane availability.

I enjoy coming here on an infrequent basis to volunteer for swim meets. The facility itself is really nice and I always look forward to using it. However, the staff is terrible. I don't come here often, but the times that I do, there has not been a single time where I have not ran into an issue with them. Everything is unclear and unorganized, including traffic at the drop off area (which is a real nightmare) and main lobby. Just today, one staff member straight up said "I don't care" in those exact words when I asked him where to be for something. I'd rather see the staff spend their time helping people where to go and making crowds more organized than belittling confused visitors and spectators trying to watch their children compete. It's disappointing to see such a good facility being brought down by incompetent and unprofessional staff.

Guest passes are available daily, monthly and yearly. Adult daily passes are $5. Ava is incorrect - there is no membership fee
Hello Joanne, Thanks for your inquiry. TAC is typically open to the public on Sundays, except if an event requires us cancel open swim. TAC does not have memberships to open swim at our facility. You can purchase daily , monthly, or annual passes.
There are life jackets, it’s just you have to ask them because there in the back
They have a daily use (no membership required), monthly rates and yearly rates. Depends on your age. Go to their website, then click on "Facility" drop-down box and go to "Hours and Admission" and a very informative chart is there with all their prices.
They do! There were weekly session of adult mermaid swims! Looked super fun!

No
Yes we do. We work with Myology Sports Massage who comes to TAC each week for private PT therapy sessions. You can reach them at https://Myologysportsmassage.as.me/TriangleAquaticCenter
Check out the page
Yes they do. Price varies
Do you mean Silver Sneakers? If that is correct then yes we do. I'm not familiar with Fit Fitness and it is not currently an accepted program at TAC.
Call, get an application, go to an interview, then ask
All are heated: the 50-meter "competition" pool is the coldest at 78-79 degrees at all times. The 10-lane, 25-yeard "program pool" is 81-83 degrees (although it varies more). The "instructional" pool is very small and shallow and kept very warm - over 86 degrees.
