Long story short, I took my car there for a few services, then noticed that my car felt & sounded worse than before I took it to Jiffy. I came back, told them about the situation, and all the mechanics were nice about it and they seemed like they were willing to help me figure out what was now happening. I ended up meeting the Assistant Store manager and told him about how once I left Jiffy I started having problems. He checked my car out then started telling me what he thought MIGHT be the problem. I asked him a few questions (just like anyone who doesn’t want their car to break down on them would), and he starting speaking to me like I was an infant. He kept telling me to go to another business to figure out exactly what was wrong. But I mentioned to him the sign hanging up in the lobby that says once you get bad work done at jiffy.. go to a third party mechanic.. then come back to jiffy with complaints, Jiffy won’t help you out. But he kept trying to convince me to go against THEIR OWN policy. After I brought this up, he was getting very upset and started repeating his same sentence about going somewhere else but slowing it down for me as if I was born yesterday. Lastly, I simply asked him if that other business is currently open.. he took a deep breath, rolled his eyes, then repeated the same sentence again. Shortly afterwards, he stormed off and said “I REPEATED THE SAME SENTENCE SIX TIMES AND YOU STILL DONT GET IT” and he was out the door. I of course called corporate, got aim contact with his district manager, and that very kind district manager helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, actually showed me and spoke to me like I’m not just a girl who doesn’t know anything about cars, and gave me a refund. So I wouldn’t recommend this Jiffy Lube to my worst enemy. P.S.: The extremely rude assistant manager gave me the most indirect, passive aggressive apology I’ve ever heard once his boss’s boss came into the picture.
