I have been a customer of I G Burton Chevrolet for 18 yrs. So I assumed I G burton Jeep would deliver the exceptional service they did. I was wrong. Needed a check engine light looked at on my daughters Jeep Wrangler, after wasting hundreds of dollars and being told that the engine needs "torn down" because I've left the light on too long. (Light had just came on a week prior). My check engine light was not resolved. My service "liaison" did not seem to know much about how engines operate and really could not give me a straight answer to any of my questions. Not to mention after they failed to fix my issue I was told Id have to wait 2 weeks for another appt. Obviously at this point I was feeling like I was getting the run around, I took our Jeep to McGee Motors in Georgetown after I was referred there by a co-worker. Tom in the service dept got me in the next day and had NO trouble resolving my check engine light at half the price of I G Burton. His knowledge of my vehicle and the time he took to explain my repairs to me was so appreciated. We are a multiple Jeep family and McGee Motors has a customer for life.
