The one star is because the man I bought the car from was nice. Other than that, this place is terrible. I bought a brand new Ford Escape. This thing is a lemon. I'm not going to list everything wrong, because we would be here ages. Every time I've brought the car in I was told the brakes are screaming because it's wet. This is the most moist car I've ever owned. After about 3 times taking it in, calling etc, I got in touch with management. The rear brakes needed to be replaced. On a BRAND NEW VEHICLE. NOW, about a year later and a bunch of new little thing wrong with the car, and the brakes still sounding "moist" every day, my tires are bald, but only the rear ones, where I had my brakes replaced. Great job guys. They plan to charge me for new tires and all because it's not under warranty.Even though they messed it up. They won't let me claim lemon law, and they just run me they hoops constantly. My recommendation is, go to Chevy.

Firstly, the sales department is second to none. We absolutely love our sales woman. With that being said, the service department is the absolute worst service department I have ever worked with. The fact that an appointment for a simple warranty diagnostic was not only over a month out (supposedly soonest available) but they also wanted me to leave my truck overnight without a courtesy vehicle. I was told that if I had my truck towed in it would be seen within a week. So clearly they have the ability but the scheduler blamed it on a lack of techs. We had a similar issue with a recall on both my truck and my husbands truck previously. Clearly customer satisfaction after the sale isn’t important to this business as they would lead you to believe. ETA; SM Tim McClincy reached out to me and not only scheduled me in an appropriate amount of time but also made sure I had a courtesy vehicle. I appreciate the fact that he personally saw to it that he made this right. I feel like there’s still room to improve by the scheduler but he definitely went out of his way to make us happy.
