I needed a sea wall badly and I was given this company’s number by a good friend. I had a lot of special requirements. Waters edge said they could handle anything I could throw at them. They didn’t lie. I was amazed at what we watched. 1. The crew each had a full skill set including front loader, barge captain and welding experts. They were personable, ON TIME, respectful of my property and maybe the hardest working team I’ve seen. 2. The process was really something to watch. From the giant barge bringing the supplies and front loader to the relatively quiet driving of the tall steel panels to the expert welding beads along the cap, it was a perfect system. They used my friend’s driveway barely and gifted him with a new, graded driveway with high end decorative gravel for their trouble. First Class! 3. Initially I thought it was pretty pricey, but when they were finished, I really thought I got the best end of this deal. A bargain for the work put in. This company did so many extras and were so focused on detail, that we’re more than satisfied. My property looks better than when they started. They graded the backfill so smoothly, I don’t need a landscaper to fix anything, including raking and seeding. That saved me good money. 4. Communication was perfect as well. I was given phone access to the foreman, front office and crew. They were extremely reactive to any inquiry I had. From the sale to the execution, I was well informed and there were no surprises. The price didn’t go up a penny. In a time when companies are so busy and unresponsive, Water’s Edge shines above the rest. I’ll put my reputation on the line and recommend them with full confidence.
