The jeweley store at Fred Meyers has proved to be great as far as the lovely and varied choice of jewelry items, great quality, and good value if you buy during one of their "Family and Friends" sales. Helpful staff. They tend to be understaffed so be prepared for a wait if they are busy.

My fiance and I were passing through FM to get some snacks on our way home from Astoria, and decided to pop in to look at wedding bands. Felicia was so friendly and patient with us, letting us try on different rings and giving suggestions. We let her know we were just browsing and she still gave great service and was not pushy at all. She ended up helping my fiance find a ring that he liked, and we decided we will visit a FM near home another time since we didn't want to get home too late. Thank you Felicia!

Go somewhere else to get your ring resized. Customer service they could work on. Would not talk to my fiancé when we went in together to get my ring resized. He was frustrated because the ring ended up being too big and they did not solder it correctly. Can tell where they added platinum and it is bumpy. They asked where the ring was purchased from and said that they have had issues in the past with Costco rings. They did in the end make it right but took them awhile.

I went in to have a ring that was not from Fred Meyer Jewelers resized. I was quoted the wrong price even though I told the employee that my metal was platinum. They tried to call me one time to see if the price difference was okay. However they didn’t get a hold of me and did not attempt to call me again. The only reason I knew that there was an issue was when I went in on the date it was supposed to be ready and was told they hadn’t even started it but would start on it the next day. I called three days later to see when it would be done and was told it had come in the day before, but I hadn’t received a call. The work was mediocre, there are two divots where the ring was resized and the customer service was awful.
