7 times in the yr 2021 they have not picked up my entire neighborhoods garbage and recycling. I have to call them every time. Literally anyone who can drive could be a garbage pick up person. The pick up people make huge messes w the garbage and I'm left quite often picking up other people's trash from my front yard and curb.Misty, Please accept our apologies for this breakdown in service. Waiting for bulk pick up to happen. Have been given a run around. Today is the third time I have been scheduled for my bulk pick up. It is still sitting there. They took my money on November 3. Have not taken my items. I am74 years old and cannot keep moving chair, mattress, and box spring in and out. I live in a condo community, and the hoa has told me people here are not happy about items still there. I have asked to speak to supervisor but that never happens. I may have to call channel 11tv. Call for action.

Yes, there is a minimum charge of 2yds which equates to a pick-up bed full, which will carry a cost of about $70.00.
I occasionally make runs out there for household waste. Saturday mornings, I think the earliest I've gone was about 8:30am, but they were already open. I think they close at noon. But you can't bring lawn or construction debris.
