Bought a new car from this dealer a while back. I had a 800+ credit score at the time of purchase yet received a insanely high interest rate on the auto loan. It's pretty tricky but here it is - they will first send your credit app to a few banks that have VERY stringent standards on approving auto loans. Assuming you will get denied, they then send it to a less reputable bank that will pretty much accept anybody at much higher rates regardless of how good your credit is. Obviously a teaming agreement between the dealership and bank - win-win for both of them and the customer suffers. Buyers beware - get pre-approved from your own bank before getting scammed by these guys...

I found a truck online and reached out to inquire about it. Keon responded and we started the buying process. Most of it was painless, and there was a lot of working parts to my purchase since I was out of town and needed the vehicle delivered to me where I was so I could get back to my home. It got a little rocky, but Keon pulled it out although it was delivered less that 12 hours before I was leaving to head home. I appreciate his hard work and commitment to getting this deal done and delivering my truck.

Edit: Reduced my rating from 3-stars to 1. I came in for my first service appointment, which was advertised as free. Evidently neither my wife nor I received the points we were supposed to when we purchased our Mach E GT, so I was told I would have to pay about $70 to rotate the tires. I've interacted with two different people in the service department in-person now and it's clear that neither of them cared at all about me as a customer. Everything is stated matter-of-factly without giving a full explanation for the reasons behind anything and no recommendations are made on how to fix problems. Previous Review: I would give the sales team 5-stars and the service department 2. The sales team was great. We ordered a Mach E and we were able to get updates on the status from sales as time went on. Purchase went perfectly smooth and I never felt that we were being gamed in any regard (which is a rarity in the vehicle sales industry). I ordered a rear seat cover, with installation, from the ford parts website. When I arrived at the appointment time I was told that the appointment was for a drop off and that the part had not arrived. I called the parts department about a week later to check in and they found that the part had arrived, despite not being marked in inventory (some oddities with ordering from the ford parts website, I get it). I talked to service and scheduled another appointment, making it clear that it needed to be a "wait" appointment. I arrived at the scheduled time again, talked to the same service team member, and was told that "there is no way I can get you in on a wait basis right now". I had the parts department give me the cover and refund the labor. It took me 40 minutes to install myself, which is less time than I wasted trying to get the service department to do it.

We have increased the frequency and level of cleaning and disinfecting of our buildings, equipment and furniture, with special attention to high-touch surfaces.
At Koons Sterling Ford, we take the current pandemic seriously. Our facility as a whole is fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant three to four times per week. We also fog every vehicle that we take in for service with the same hospital-grade disinfectant. In addition, we use seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in every service vehicle. We have dedicated staff that wipes down frequently touched services several times during the course of the day. All of our staff wear masks to protect themselves and customers.
