Purchased three vehicles at this dealership. The sales department always willing to work with you even after Koons purchased the dealership from Cowles. The only complaint is the title office. The title office needs better management. It's going on the second month waiting for my new vehicle registration. One of the sales managers had to assist my compliant.

Service visit - They recommended additional unneeded work worth hundreds of dollars. Misplaced key, had to wait 30 minutes for them to find at pickup. Emailed service manager to make them aware…no response. Not the same since Koons took over. Will be using local independent shop going forward.
