The customer service at this location is extremely lacking. I called three days in a row to speak about my deal. Did not get a return call. All sales managers and finance team had left at 445. The sales team is solely focused on sales not any customer service. I do not recommend using this location.

Not a helpful camping world at all,yesterday when we ask a sales person for help she rolled her eyes at us. We've never had a problem at any other one when we travel,just the one by us in hamburg ,New York....

They do lose value. But not sure what there looking at. There are other campers if looking to turn in and buy new. You will never get the price you bought for. 2nd campers people won't go in to debt for them.

You can't rent a trailer hitch. It's part of your vehicle and there's wiring that needs to be attached to your vehicle to make the electronics on the trailer work.
