So I scheduled an appointment Wednesday for 10 am Friday tow called at 1125 pm to see where they where at , dispatcher said 20 mins away literally down the street . This tow was my car at my home to the dealership, I called back at 1220 pm to see where at she said well he called at 1130 time stamped At it went straight to voicemail like phone was off . When I have no missed calls , no door bell ring nothing . Not even a voicemail saying they stopped by and no answer ! So unprofessional I literally had to call them . Then she says well he tried calling the Number your calling from . We can .. I hung up and just said I’ll call some where else . Just a waste of time especially when you schedule an appointment & you wait 2 1/2 hrs for you to call them and find out what’s going on and you have another appointment to be at by 1 pm

We needed a last minute tow to get our car to the repair shop. The driver, Richard, was on time, he called when he was on the way, VERY friendly, and answered all of our questions. He even showed us a few things about our car we didn't know. We will definitely call Blue Eagle again if we need a tow.
