We were traveling from NJ to our final destination in Illinois on June 14 , and due to a storm the previous day....were having a VERY hard time finding a room. Looking for 3+ hours, and was becoming an unsafe situation. Indiana & Ohio power companies (needlessly) booked up huge blocks of rooms that largely sat unused. MOST hotels told us they were booked (with mostly empty lots, and we couldn't figure out why) because they'd already gotten paid so what did they care about the travelers who ACTUALLY needed rooms. Thank GOODNESS for the owner of the Knights Inn in Wabash, Indiana because we seriously needed to be off the road.

Positive: Location Negative: I was charged a $10 key deposit and when I checked out and ask for my deposit they told me I had no proof I paid it and wouldn¿t give me my money back. Very rude management. The pillows were completely flat and when asked for towels they were rude
