I would like to give a good review, BUT when I came by this morning at 8:39 they had NOT opened yet! Hours of operation posted on sign "OPEN MON-SAT 7-8 SUN 9-6.

Only nice when your Club membership actually works! We have a monthly Club membership and on the 15th day of EVERY month (when our membership auto renews) the scanner at the Ballentine location DOESN’T WORK! The system only recognizes our membership at the Lake Murray location. So my husband goes to get a wash and it says our club expired. There are cars behind him so he can’t back out and he can’t go forward cuz of the arm. There are paper signs ON THE MACHINES THAT SAY “DONT RENEW MEMBERSHIP AND PAY PLEASE SEE AN ASSOCIATE “ well, the HELP button doesn’t work either!! So the only option is to pay and go through to see the staff. He gave him a hard time saying PROVE TO ME YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP CAME OUT. So he showed him and he said the credit cards dont match up. YEAH, he used a different card to PAY for the wash vs the card on file to auto renew our club membership. This is RIDICULOUS and happens EVERY MONTH. FIX THIS BUG PLEASE! What a headache!

Don’t waste your money. Absolutely terrible job. Paid $25 for a full service wash and they spent 5 minutes “detailing” after the wash. Had to ask them to vacuum my cargo space, apparently they didn’t even open the back area. Had to ask them …
