The lines can be long especially at peak times. This could be alleviated if everyone used the app and prepaid in advance. When I have prepaid with the app, it is only a couple of minutes, if that long, to get the meds and be on my way. I have been behind people who have to go through everything and often have no idea of the cost and give it back because it is too much. If you join their notifications system through the app, you’ll know how much it is Everyone please use the app and speed things up for everyone else. Also the personnel are great.

Terrible service. I have waited 10 days for a heart medication I am supposed to take twice daily. I have tried calling several times and was always told it was being worked on. In the meantime I am taking an expired prescription of my mother's just to keep something in my system. When I spoke to another pharmacist today she was not very easy to speak with and kept cutting me off even though I was not rude just really concerned about getting my medicine. I miss Publix pharmacy but my new insurance makes me use CVS.

There’s a reason this location has a low rating. They have more clients than they can support, they are understaffed, they don’t pay attention to detail, and they close the drive thru whenever they want. I’ll never forget going to pick up my medication one evening and seeing a sign in the window that the drive thru was closed. I went inside, and no one was back there. I tried calling the pharmacy number hoping that someone was in the back. Nothing. I went to the front of the store to get help, but they couldn’t find anyone either. While my medication wasn’t pertinent that day, I would have been HOT if it was an emergency. They also constantly forget syringes when I pick up my toddlers’ liquid allergy medicine. They won’t even put the little device in to make the liquid medicine work using the suspension method. 🙄 They seriously need to train these stand alone CVS stores like they do the ones in Target. They are not equal!
