I do not recommend the service was ok . If u need to contact them u can’t get anybody on the phone it just ring , ring , and ring . U can only get through email and it’s still days before they get back with u. Looking for another dealership to service and work on my car

My service advisor Rachelle is the best! Great customer service and went above and beyond any expectations I may have had. It was my first time taking my M5 to BMW of Arlington and Rachelle her team helped secure my business moving forward. The courtesy shuttle allowed me to make the most of my time as I waited. Salute!

9/23 UPDATE I easily scheduled service on my cay with Sewell BMW in Grapevine and the experience couldn't have been better. Don't waste your time with the unprofessional culture at BMW of Arlington and call Sewell in Grapevine. You'll enjoy the difference. 8/3 UPDATE I left a voicemail on 7/22 to set up service on my car because they NEVER answer the phone. Big surprise that it's been 12 days and no call back. They clearly aren't in the service business. I guess it's time to switch to Sewell in Grapevine to service my car and for a new one when I'm ready. Arrogant and condensing assistant sales manager and the service department leaves you on hold and never answers. Considering the price of the cars, you'd think they'd have service to match, but no. I love my M, but I won't buy my next one from them.

I had to order a key and paid for the key and the programming up front. I have to take the car back up there so they can program it when the key comes in and the cost was around $400
Hi Darrell, To give an accurate price quote we will need the last seven digits of the Vehicle ID Number. The 2015 model year 3 Series came with different features and options such as comfort access and remote entry and those features will determine how much the key replacement will be.
