I had an AMAZING experience today at BMW of Dallas!! My sales associate Samantha Napolitan was AWESOME!!! I had to go in and order my car and Samantha handled me and the dealing with professionalism, care and honesty. That was from beginning to end. She openly and honestly answered all my questions and talked me through the ordering process from now and til when the car arrives. I would for sure recommend and suggest this dealer and most importantly, Samantha! Thanks so much Samantha!!! 😀😀

If I could give zero stars I would, although the finance guy that did my transaction would deserve 5 stars to be fair! First of all they sold me a certified pre-owned BMW saying it has never been in an accident just to get to my dealership in Kansas to get the trunk button fixed to be told ‘ma’am this car has gotten a full body job done after a rear ending accident for sure’ that from the BMW dealership in Kansas. Makes me doubt that this car has ever been inspected by the mechanics at the Dallas dealership…or they are incompetent that’s now up for anyone to decide. I ended up trading my car in less than a year later and requested my not used maintenance plan to be reimbursed…this was in March 2022…after following up more times than I care to count and resending paperwork that I sent multiple times, BMW of Dallas FINALLY released that money end of September 2022…6 MONTHS LATER. Mind you they definitely did not reimburse me any interest on that…let’s not even talk about the incompetency and plain rudeness of the employee in that department… All in all the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I’m still flabbergasted how they are still in business. Definitely will never go back there or any AutoNation dealership! I advise anyone to stay FAR FAR away.

Shitty Craps

Just bought a 43,000 dollars USED car from them. The vehicle clearly advertised WITH navigation.. picked it up at closing time and didn’t realize that it DOES NOT have navigation. Call them and they said to contact other dealership instead. However… I did sign a “ We don’t owe anything “” paper that they gave me… I gave this dealership 0 star if I could for their false advertisement.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received at BMW of Dallas. Setting up the appointment was easy on the app and they provided a lyft to and from my office while my vehicle was getting serviced.
