The clothes are fabulous. I have been purchasing here for years and enjoyed it. What was not fabulous the last few times was the staff. Perhaps it’s as benign as an unfortunate sequence of interactions but when it comes to the following, there’s a common theme of degradation: customer service, inconsistent information, and a lower standard of mien. Edit: thank you for your response. However, there is no correlation between the velvet piece in the consignment selection and the reasons stated for my review.

What they accept is at the manager's discretion, of course.. However, I would say yes only because they have a variety of really nice "clothing" of all types there.
They really buy more upscale, couture, vintage clothing.

Thanks for answering Sheila. Hi Annette. For contemporary resale we take most high ends designer brands from Trina Turk to Chanel. For 1980s vintage and earlier, it doesn't need to be designer, just in good wearable condition.
We look at anything vintage 1990s and older as well as contemporary designer pieces.
