I had to ship 25 packages in various sizes using Ground Service and FedEx overnight and was assisted by a wonderful representative, Sherina. She made the entire process seamless, and clearly she knew all the details needed to expedite this process. She was organized, patient, knowledgeable and answered any of my questions immediately and thoughtfully. This allowed her to complete the task in a very timely manner.
