I wish to give this place 0 out of 5! Not only constantly for 4 years I have problems delivering the right mail, now they lost my important mail! The people I talked over the phone sounds nice and apologetic, but it doesn't fix the problems. P.S.: still have problems delivering the wright mail. I haven't met even one person who could care enough to fix the problem and follow up with it making sure it didn't happen again, not even ONE person!

I have my digital signature on my informed delivery account but some how the post office never pays attention to that and I have to wait for my item to be redelivered. I absolutely hate receiving packages through usps, this is the second time this has happened. I also hate fact that calling the customer service number is the worst thing they have 😡.

Hate it. I made a mistake by not putting my apartment number so amazon wasn’t able to deliver, they notify it was sent back to this location so I go on friday and a lady who works there during 2nd shift told me to go on saturday, early though so i can ask about my package. I wake up early to be there just for another foreign lady tell me to go on monday. It’s monday and Mr. Kevin rude self woke up grouchy made a big deal about ID not matching and what not. ITS MY PACKAGE. People move all the time. Follow the rules all the time not when you feel like it. And to top it off he didn’t even give me the right package 🤣🤣

Worst and inconsiderate people run this post office branch. Needs new people or needs to be closed permanently. Caught a lazy mailman not delivering my package and when i got a notification from fedex post that it was delivered, i went to this branch and confronted the mailman. He said he delivered it but i had my camera pointed at the driveway and the video shows he didn’t deliver. He claims the notification was just early. I tried to have his name and would not gove it to me. He went to the back without saying anything but when i was about to leave i said i would file a federal complain against the whole branch, he suddenly came out holding my package. Claims it was left inside the mail van. I remember it too well. This was 2016.

This post office has the most customer service kind people there
When you go to the Post Office, push the buzzer so that someone comes out. Explain the situation and show them your driver's license. Ask for a manager if needed. They may be able to give you your mail.
Yes
No but you can drop it in the Post Office by using the SELF SERVICE MACHINE if you have the Prepaid Label.
No
The collection boxes are emptied at the time posted on the box each day. The one inside has a better chance of getting collected one last time before the truck leaves if you get it in there before 5:45pm but it's not a guarantee. If you find your carrier and give it to them it will get on the truck for sure.
Yes
