FRAUD!! is the most appropriate word, I have gone several times for an oil change with them without having any problem, a month ago I went for the required oil change and suddenly it started to pour oil from the tray, I went to make the claim and they told me that the problem was the pan screw, strange because I had never had that problem and there have been several times that I have done the oil change with them, I spoke with the manager Chase Rasmusen and of course they allege that they were not the ones who damaged it (I repeat, I have gone several times with them and the car had not had that problem until today), by not reaching an agreement with whoever damaged it because IF WE REACHED THE AGREEMENT that I would cover the cost of the tray and THEY WOULD COVER THE COST OF ALL THE SERVICES THAT I REQUIRED DUE TO THE MILEAGE, now that I come to pick up my car, it turns out that they did not do any service that the car required, alleging that that was not the agreement, they deceived me just to get the money, I left completely disappointed and scammed, I don't even understand why I have to give them a star, sorry, THEY SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE SHAME

The website said to call to find out the price for a new car so I called to Sale Rep. However, Sale rep doesn't want to tell price of the new car(drive out price). Do you not understand that the customer is more price conscious? Keep calling me to come at dealership.... like they will sell the car for my price. Really?

Yes you can get a good deal here and there used inventory gets there life time warranty on most ever used car they have and its regardless of brand. It will keep your used purchase running all you have to do is your maintenance as per the cars owners manual and the warranty will keep you covered for life.

Hello! Our staff is still following CDC guidelines and wearing masks. We have masks and gloves available to customers, and we are still disinfecting hourly. We have disinfectant and hand sanitizer readily available, and still have our waiting area spaced out for social distancing.

I reccomend you get the batteries and change your own or go to any good battery shop, or key shop. Or make a couple of calls and see if you can save some money.
Been going there for 5+ yrs. Good customer service with my lifetime warranty.
The battery is not covered under the vehicle warranty, just like tires or brakes.
