Took my son in for a eye exam and I have not one bad thing to say. They quickly greeted me, followed by the eye exam and thoroughly went over everything w me. Dr ratty is great! We will be back.

Yes, but you'll see a different optometrist.
When you make an appointment they will give you a day months away. But if you ask if they have any cancellations to get in sooner you can usually get in by the end of the week. Each time i asked if they had a cancellation i got an appointment the next day. Hope that helps.
