I wish there was an option of ZERO stars!! The front desk receptionist at Woodlake talks down to patients. Doesn’t care to listen and is very dismissive. She treated my mom very disrespectful. My mom decided to go to the Porterville office instead because the Woodlake receptionist is THAT bad but it’s not better. Staff wasn’t rude but my mom has been rescheduled 4 times! She’s never even had a chance to go into the office. This last time they wanted to reschedule I pushed back and they wanted to send my mom to Visalia!! How is this quality care when you either treat patients bad or don’t even see them?

My brother had an appointment today with the dental part of the clinic while the doctor was good to him no complaints, the front Dental patient representative ATINA COBARRUBIAS from the WOODLAKE location was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When she made the mistake of charging him $50.00 dollars for a copay he did not owe. She failed to verify insurance changes from the beginning of the appointment, and when he asked for his refund she continued to be very disrespectful by snatching his receipt of payment stating that he could not keep record of the payment he had made with his debit card. That’s seems wrong to me she said will make some “calls” and he should get his money back in a few days . Im guessing we have to take her word for it . Over all she was the worst representative I’ve seen at this location she should do her job correctly and if she makes a mistake own up to it in a more professional manner.

I've had nothing but good experiences here, I've not experienced what the other reviews are talking about. Their work ethic seems professional and they care about their patients.

I came with my dad for his appointment. The lady in the front desk on dental dept has a rudeness. I never had a problem checking my dad for his appointment in my life until today. I will never them him there ever again. I can take my business somewhere else.
