I refrained from writing a review for 4 years, but honestly I wouldn't recommend buying a home from them because their work is poor and we've had issues with practically everything in our house since day one. Our upgraded tiles were uneven and you can tell they didn't use spacers between the tiles because the spacing varies from 1mm to 3mm. They left over an inch of loose carpet on all the edges that doesn't lay on the tack strips because they didn't put the tack strips close enough to the adjoining tile. Yet, in the bedroom closets the carpet is so far away from the wall that we can see an inch of subfloor. The carpet padding is 3 inches away from the edges because they were too cheap to go all the way to the edge, so we could feel all the nails in the tack strip underneath. When we complained they told us it was because we didn't upgrade our carpet and that cheaper carpet just does this. So we opted to just hammer down all the nails, they were literally making our feet bleed! Many of our windows and sliding door are misaligned for some reason, so to close them all the way we have to push on them otherwise the sliding part will hit the frame and wont close. All of the PVC piping on EVERY single sink leaked, and we can hear dripping in our walls when someone flushes or turns on their water. So overall, I feel like if we were gonna have to replace brand new flooring, fix our piping and redo our windows we should have just purchased from a different builder. I won't purchase from them in the future and I don't recommend them to anyone else.

We had our first walk through 2 days before we signed to move in, we pointed out the things wrong with the house, waited for them to fix them, had another walk through the next week, they never fixed them, they said the warranty company will cover it, they wanted to get their numbers in before the year ended, after we refused to sign saying they fixed the things we pointed out they threatened to put our house on the market, after we confronted them about that the lead construction person told us it’s as good as it going to get, we have other houses they’re working on. So now we’re left with moisture in our garage, ac is leaking and does not work, we had a huge hole in the backyard anyone can come in from the backyard, garbage disposal doesn’t work, window screens were too small allowing bugs to come in, bugs coming in through our toilets, and washing machine, cement in the backyard slants towards the house so if it rains all the water will pile up in front of our front door, the top corner of our house right above the 2 rooms were uneven so instead of replacing it we caught them shaving down the wood to make it look even now it’s just a skinny uneven piece of wood, pieces of drywall left in the bathroom fan which can cause a fire. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate, we’re paying for a new house and the amount of problems that came with it we should be allowed to have them fixed before we move in, not be threatened saying they’re going to put out house on the market to be sold if we don’t sign, all they cared about was getting the most house completed before then end of the year and now we’re left we a house full of problems, I do not recommend anyone looking for a house to go through San Joaquin Valley homes.
