We made reservations. Hostess was on the phone for awhile. We were finally seated. We waited at least 15-20 minutes with no service...no water, no acknowledgement whatsoever. We explained why we were leaving to no avail. Not worth the poor service.

Right by the fox theater on main and encina. Neon lights around the top of a one story building and a white "t" painted on upper left corner of building. Try the bread pudding!
Theres a bar section and a dining section. Street clothes is probably fine for the bar but a collared shirt would be appropriate for dining.
